Before we break ground on your new custom home, we'll first need to get to know your taste and preferences. We'll start by sitting down with you to discuss your needs and ideas for your home. We'll also review your budget, so we can ensure your project works for your wallet.  

We have created countless custom homes over the years, so our designers know exactly how to guide the discussion to get right to the heart of what you want. From the general size of the home to the overall style to environmentally friendly features, we'll put together a detailed description of your requests to guide our designers.

Taking your vision and ideas into account, we'll draw up an initial draft of the layout for your home, along with paint colors and material samples to help you start visualizing the interior. We'll review these designs with you so that we can revise as needed until everything is just right.  

Constructing Your Home 

We'll take care of all aspects of the construction process, so all you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for us to build your dream home. Our custom home builder Edmonton team will handle all of the regulatory requirements as well, including obtaining any necessary permits from your local jurisdiction. Once we have all of the documentation in place, which typically takes about two to three months, we'll be ready to get to work.
